Bread festival in Ramacca

The Bread Festival in Ramacca traditionally takes place in the month of October and celebrates one of the excellent products of this area: the traditional homemade bread. The city of Ramacca is in fact known as the City of Bread for the production of high quality wheat.
On the occasion of the event, a gastronomic route is set up where you can taste the homemade bread made, according to ancient tradition , with natural yeast and cooked in wood-fired ovens, focaccias, seasoned bread, bruschetta and many other local specialties.
On holiday days, a rich program of events is organized with folkloristic performances, musical shows and entertainment.
