The Panettone Grand Gala is a culinary event where pastry art meets the magic of the Christmas holidays.
The event, organized by the Municipality of Brolo in collaboration with the Brolese Carnival Carristi Association, celebrates the high local artisan pastry thanks to the mastery of true Brolese pastry artists ready to amaze with their creations. During the event, tastings of various types of panettone, masterpieces of taste and tradition, musical shows and markets are organised.
