Pasta cu l'agghia festival in Battaglia - Buseto Palizzolo
The Sagra Pasta cu l'agghia in Battaglia, a town in Buseto Palizzolo, takes place every year in August and celebrates a dish of peasant origin, very common in the Trapani area: Pasta with garlic< /em>, a simple but very tasty dish made with a pesto of red garlic, almonds, pecorino cheese, basil, oil and salt.
On the occasion of the festival, in addition to tasting this traditional first course, it will be possible to taste other products and typical local dishes, including roasted sausage, yellow melon and excellent local wine, immersed in a great party atmosphere with music, folklore and lots of fun.
