Pasticciottu festival in Gualtieri Sicaminò

The Pasticciottu Festival in Gualtieri Sicaminò takes place in the month of May and celebrates a typical local dessert.

The festival takes place in the hamlet of Soccorso where this dessert was born: a local housewife, of Genoese origins, he began preparing this dessert for the holidays. In a short time the recipe spread throughout the village and pasticciottu became the sweet symbol of the holidays.
On the occasion of the event, tasting stands are set up where you can taste this sweet filled with chocolate or jam, accompanied by Zibibbo wine. Exhibitions, exhibitions and entertainment shows are also organised.
