Festival of pizza and crushed bread in Valverde
The Pizza and Schiacciata Festival in Valverde takes place in September and attracts numerous visitors every year.
On the occasion of the festival, expert pizza makers prepare pizzas, seasoned bread and schiacciate prepared with organic flours and with typical local Sicilian ingredients .
Folk, music and entertainment shows are also organised.
