Ricotta Festival in Braidi - Montalbano Elicona

The Ricotta Festival in Braidi, a small village of Montalbano Elicona, takes place in September and celebrates the excellent typical products of the Nebrodi Mountains.
On the occasion of the gastronomic event, stands are set up where you can taste many dishes from the local culinary tradition: macaroni with Nebrodi black pig sauce, arancino with ricotta and Nebrodi black truffle, Sandwich with porchetta and Nebrodi baked ricotta or with mortadella, fresh ricotta and pistachio, Sicilian cannoli, Sicilian cassata, raviola and ice cream ricotta, and much more.
Musical, folkloristic and entertainment shows are also organised.
