The ricotta and cannoli festival in Mussomeli celebrates the great and excellent dairy production of the area. On the occasion of the gastronomic event, numerous stands are set up for tasting warm ricotta, tuma and other local cheeses, as well as the iconic cannolo stuffed with fresh ricotta.
