Belice Valley Cheese Exhibition
The Ricotta Festival and the Belice Valley Cheese Exhibition in Poggioreale take place in the month of October and celebrate the great dairy tradition of this area renowned for its production of theVastedda del Belice.
On the occasion of the exhibition of the cheeses of the Belice Valley, numerous food stands are set up where you can find ricotta, vastedda del belice and many other local products, craft stands with products made by local artisans and artists.
During the days of the festival, they are also organized folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
