Sausage Festival in Caccamo
The Sausage Festival in Caccamo takes place in the month of October and celebrates the flavors and culinary traditions of the area.
On the occasion of the gastronomic event, a taste village is set up where you can taste the Caccamo sausage, made with the best pork and flavored with wild fennel, salt and pepper, as well as other local products and specialties.
A rich program of events is also organised: parades of the band, of the flag-wavers and of the tamburinara of Caccamo, guided tours, exhibitions, performances, musical, folkloristic and entertainment shows.

10:00 Inauguration of the XV Edition of the Sausage Festival with the presence of the Mayor of Caccamo and the civil and military authorities.

Duomo, Chiesa della SS. Annunziata, Chiesa di S. Benedetto alla Badia, Chiesa delle Anime Sante del Purgatorio.
Guided tours of the Medieval Castle:
visitors will be welcomed by the Castellana and the Bridesmaids of honor, with musical entertainment by prof. Giovanni Panzeca, in the Amato Room.
10:00 Historical procession "La Castellana di Caccamo", (organized by the Pro Loco) with the “Città di Caccamo” flag-wavers who will perform along the route, up to via Termitana.

Parade through the streets of the town of the City of Caccamo Band Complex, and "The Tammurinara of Caccamo".
Painting Exhibition "Atmosfere" by Anna Giulia Enrile (organized by Pro Loco).
10:00 - 20:00 PLAY AREA for children: Magic games, piñata game, baby dance balloon sculptures, prize games. edited by the Simpaticoni Clowns.
