The Sausage Festival in Chiaramonte Gulfi is held every year on the occasion of the celebrations of the chiaramontese carnival. In addition to the traditional carnival events, such as musical performances, dances in the square, parades of masked groups and papier-mâché floats, on Carnival Monday you have the opportunity to taste one of the typical products of the area: the delicious pork meat sausage .
