The Festival of San Martino in Linguaglossa takes place in the month of November and celebrates the traditions and flavors of the Festival of San Martino in Sicily.
On the occasion of the event, the traditional Palio delle Botti is organized and a gastronomic village is set up where you can taste typical traditional dishes: polenta with sausage, mulled wine, roasted chestnuts and other typical local products accompanied by the fine wines of Etna.
