Ganzaria Flavors Festival
Sagra di San Martino in San Michele di Ganzaria takes place in November, on the occasion of the summer of San Martino, and celebrates the excellent productions of the area.
On the occasion of the event, food stands will be set up where you can taste some of the best-known typical local and Sicilian delicacies: pasta with wild boar ragù, tripe, chickpeas, cunzato bread, cuccìa, grilled meat, cassatelle, cannoli and much more more.
On holidays, a rich calendar of events is offered with conferences, training sessions dedicated to agriculture, guided tastings of wines and oils, tasting of typical products, guided tours, folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.< /p>
