Sapori del Borgo a Custonaci è una rassegna gastronomica che ha come scopo quello di promuovere i piatti ed i prodotti tipici siciliani.
In occasione della sagra vengono allestiti numerosi stand per la degustazione di cous cous, busiate, cassatelle in brodo, spincie e tanto altro, organizzati spettacoli musicali, folkloristici e di intrattenimento.
