Sfincione fest in Bagheria is the festival dedicated to the symbol of local gastronomy, the sfincione, a focaccia which in Bagheria is traditionally seasoned with tuma, anchovies and breadcrumbs.
The event aims to promote local flavors and valorise of Sicilian roots through moments of tasting, music and entertainment.
