Nebrodi Black Pig Festival in Cesarò
The Nebrodi Black Pig and Porcini Mushroom Festival in Cesarò takes place in Autumn and celebrates the excellence of this area.
On the occasion of the event, a gastronomic village is set up where you can taste the suino nero dei Nebrodi and the numerous and delicious derivative products (sausage, capocollo, pancetta and fellata), the brilliant Nebrodi porcini mushrooms, dairy products and other typical specialties of the area. During the days of the festival, a rich program of events is organised: guided tours of the area, show cooking, tastings, historical procession, conferences, exhibitions, entertainment for the little ones, folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
