Saffron festival in Valguarnera Caropepe
The Saffron Festival in Valguarnera Caropepe takes place in October and celebrates the culinary traditions of this village.
On the occasion of the event, a gastronomic journey is set up where you can taste risotto, cannoli, arancine, biscuits, ... all with the unmistakable aroma of saffron, and organize guided tours, tastings, exhibitions, conferences, folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
