Cala Tramontana in Pantelleria

Cala Tramontana in Pantelleria is one of the most scenic bays of the whole island. It rises on the stretch of east coast of Pantelleria, adjacent to Cala Levante, from which it is separated by a promontory: when the wind blows from the northwest the waters of cala Levante are calm, vice versa if the wind blows from the south east the waters of cala are calm. Tramontana. The sea that bathes this stretch of coast has depths rich in fauna and flora, and is recommended for snorkelling and diving enthusiasts.
