Volcanological Museum of Pantelleria
The Volcanological Museum of Pantelleria , also known as the Geonaturalistic Museum of Punta Spadillo , is housed in an old military structure from World War II. The museum is also known as the Kagiar Volcanological Museum with reference to the area in which it stands. The museum space is divided into three rooms where about 50 samples of eruptive and petrographic rocks of the island are exhibited with in-depth panels on the volcanological history of Pantelleria. to the operators of the Forestry Company and is guaranteed from 1st June to 30th September.
