Archaeological Museum of Ustica
The Archaeological Museum of Ustica houses a small but significant exhibition of the archaeological finds found on the island.
Inside the museum, the finds from the prehistoric village of the Faraglioni and dating back to the Middle Bronze Age are exhibited: pottery of various shapes found in the huts, quadripartite clay plates, the "alari", a particular type of vase with a votive function, spindles for the practice of spinning and weaving, net weights, metal washers for accounting, and casting molds for metalworking .
Also exhibited are marine archaeological finds that refer to the most recent periods of life documented on the island: amphorae, cups, paterae and achromatic or black-painted plates. from the Rocca della Falconiera: pottery, amphorae, oil lamps and fragments of mosaic floor.
