Church of San Pietro in Panarea
The Parish Church of San Pietro in Panarea is located along the panoramic road that leads from the port to Punta Milazzese. The building was built in the late nineteenth century and dedicated to the patron saint of the island, and is flanked by a small bell tower. Of particular value is the mosaic of the miraculous fishing of Lake Tiberias which is located in the churchyard. The church overlooks a lovely garden from which you can enjoy a suggestive panorama.
