Church of San Bartolomeo in Stromboli
The Church of San Bartolomeo dates back to the 18th century and was commissioned and built with passion and sacrifice by the people of the island of Stromboli with the contribution of numerous Sicilians who emigrated abroad. The Church, also equipped with an oil mill, represented a collection point for the farmers who went there to press the olives. Inside the church there are some nineteenth-century stuccos and the cross dome with golden stars.
