Church of San Vincenzo Ferreri in Stromboli
The Church of San Vincenzo in Stromboli is a Baroque church located in the upper part of the island and imposingly overlooks the typical Aeolian houses. It was rebuilt in the nineteenth century on a previous construction. In the reconstruction the contribution of the islanders was determined. Everyone participated, some with a donation, some with equipment, some with their work. & Nbsp; From the terrace of the church of San Vincenzo you can enjoy a splendid panorama with the Strombolicchio, the island village and the splendid Tyrrhenian Sea. The church can be reached from the port of Stromboli via a narrow uphill road.
