Vulcano Mud Pool
The Pozza dei Mud di Vulcano, located near the port, is an area where there are various areas of natural mud that flow from the subsoil of the island. These are areas in which the waters, with a very high concentration of sulfur, gush out copiously fed by bubbles from which sulphurous vapors, brackish water and clayey mud come out.
It is possible to immerse yourself in mud to benefit the skin and the body in general, to help the symptoms of bone and respiratory diseases or, simply, to relax.
