Cala Madonna a Lampedusa, located not far from the sanctuary of the Madonna di Porto Salvo, is a small beach with a mixed beach of little sand and rock bathed by a beautiful sea with iridescent colors from cobalt blue to turquoise. The cove is sheltered from almost all the winds that blow in the summer, so its waters are generally also very calm.
The seabed of Cala Madonna is very rich in Posidonia and has a lot of fauna, fish such as damsels, invertebrates such as sea anemones, algae of various kinds.
