Pomodoro Obelisk in Lampedusa
Via Roma, 96 - Lampedusa (AG)
Obelisk Cassodoro in Lampedusa is a bronze sculpture created by the artist Arnaldo Pomodoro in 1988. The obelisk, located in the square of Lampedusa, is a war memorial of all wars and at the same time a pear in honor of the ability to live. In fact, in the sculpture there are stones and ropes of sailors that tell the risks and waste of the sea, and the extreme experience that fishermen live every day.
