The Motta district of Alcara Li Fusi is the oldest inhabited nucleus of the town, whose interweaving of streets recalls the layout of the Arab neighborhoods.
In one of the houses in the neighborhood there is one of the oldest looms in the area where the traditional " pizzare ", or fabrics, from the typical geometric motifs, made with recycled fabrics used in the traditional Festa du Muzzuni.
