Rock of tears in Brolo
The Scoglio del Pianto in Brolo is a massive rocky body that emerges in the waters in front of the Brolo coast.
The Scoglio di Brolo is a destination for snorkelling and diving lovers because it offers splendid seabeds rich in marine flora and fauna .
Corresponding to the rock, on the seabed, there is a statue of Christ the Redeemer, Protector of the Abyss. Every year, on the occasion of the Sea Festival, this statue is brought to the surface and then placed back at the bottom of the sea.
