Drago Contemporary Art Museum in Bagheria

The Museo Drago Artecontemporanea , founded in 1997, is one of the few spaces in Sicily dedicated to contemporary art. The museum houses a permanent collection of about 200 works consisting of the best production signed, during the twentieth century, by artists born on the island. Among the most famous artists on display: Carla Accardi, Pietro Consagra, Emilio Isgrò, Salvatore Scarpitta, Piero Guccione, Antonio Sanfilippo, Fosco Maraini, Ferdinando Scianna and Giuseppe Tornatore.
