The Music Box , located in Piazza Garibaldi , is a podium on which the musical band performed during patriotic demonstrations and electoral rallies.
The box consists of a rectangular body with a peristyle with fluted columns and composite capitals and resumes the nineteenth-century neoclassical style that persists in Sicily until the threshold of the twentieth century, tracing the Corinthian style.
