Polara Palace a Modica
Palazzo Polara di Modica, built at the end of the eighteenth century, stands on the left side of the city's cathedral. It is a construction in the late Baroque style, introduced by an elegant staircase. On the front of the building stands the family coat of arms with the North Star. The facade, a scenographic whole with the monumental staircase and the façade of the Duomo, dominates the lower part of the historic center.
