Appiano House Museum in Ragusa
The Casa-Museo Appiano di Ragusa Ibla is located in the baroque heart of the city. The museum house, built by the master organist Salvatore Appiano, is divided into six rooms in which about 180 pieces are kept, including Flemish tapestries, gilt bronze chandeliers, Louis XIV-style sofas, Baroque-style mirrors, inlaid Boulle clocks and tables, console tables and corner cabinets, neoclassical style sideboards, canvases and prints, Copenhagen porcelain candelabra, and columns with plaster busts.
