Promenade of Mazara del Vallo
The Mazzini di Mazara del Vallo promenade , lined with gardens shaded by magnolias and palm trees, is a very pleasant place to stroll. Along the street there is also the church of San Nicolò Regale of Arab-Norman architecture, while at the eastern end, in Piazza Mazara, you can still see an ogival arched door with double ring, the only remnant of the ancient Norman castle.
