The Bell of Peace is located on the summit of Pizzo Monaco from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama over the whole Val D'Agrò.
The Bell was built in the eighties to remember the missing in all the wars of the world, the people who have never returned to their homeland for whom there is no certainty of life or death.
The bell, due to its value, was blessed in the Vatican by Pope John Paul II and then returned to Antillo in 1993.
The bell weighs five tons and has a diameter of 6 meters.
It is a unique and timeless message of redemption and peace.
