Ranciara Gorges
The Ranciara Gorges, located on the border of the territories of Casalvecchio and Limina, are a canyon formed over the centuries following the erosion caused by the waters of the Fiumara d'Agrò. The Gorges have important rock formations and small waterfalls.
In the past there were some mills where flax and hemp were cured. On the bank of the river you can observe the ruins of the structure of one of the first power plants built in Sicily, built by the Mastroieni family.
