The building was built in the 15th century and restored towards the end of the 17th century. It presents a Spanish-Gothic style typical of late fifteenth-century Sicily. The entrance portal is decorated with eighteenth-century Bourbon lilies. The building is subject to architectural protection restrictions and is privately owned.
