The Bosco di Scorace is a vast wooded area that extends on the slopes of Monte Abbatello, located between Castellammare del Golfo and Buseto Palizzolo.
The term Scorace derives from the name of the ancient feud Arcodaci of which this wood represented the main nucleus.
The area offers suggestive rural landscapes and has a wooded area with cork oaks and holm oaks equipped to enjoy the surrounding landscape. On the top of the mountain you can enjoy a wonderful panorama that ranges from the Trapani mountains to the north, to the Egadi Islands to the west, and to the Sicani mountains to the southeast.
