Faraglioni Beach of Scopello
The Spiaggia dei Faraglioni is the stretch of coast where the Tonnara di Scopello is located, and where the two Faraglioni rise.
This stretch of coast is bathed by crystal clear water and the seabed is teeming with life and colors, ideal for snorkelers.
The Faraglioni beach is not sandy, but it is an old pier with concrete platforms and rocks, where, however, you can sunbathe and swim, surrounded by a fairytale setting. The area is accessible to tourists upon payment of an entrance ticket. With the ticket it is possible to stop in the areas open to the public and take advantage of the deck chairs made available. The ticket includes a guided tour of the Tonnara di Scopello which takes place at set times during the day and lasts about 45 minutes. The beach can be easily reached by car and paid parking is available in the area.
