Beach of Isulidda a San Vito Lo Capo
The Isulidda beach is located along the road that leads from Macari to San Vito lo Capo.
This beach is very popular and popular, being very easy to reach, and suitable for adults and children. The beach is made of pebbles and also has a small slide for putting boats into the water. The crystal clear waters, the seabed rich in marine flora and fauna make it suitable for snorkelling enthusiasts as well. Beautiful at sunset.
Near the beach rises Torre Isulidda . The Tower, built around 1583 by the Florentine architect Camillo Camilliani, is part of the island's coastal defense system against pirate raids. All the towers have a square base structure, with a few simple internal divisions and a large cistern to collect rainwater.
