The "Bianco e Nero Messinese" is a typical specialty of the city of Messina. These are cream puffs filled with vanilla flavored cream, wrapped in a melted chocolate and whipped cream, then arranged in a mountain and covered with dark chocolate flakes and a sprinkling of icing sugar.
