The Eloro DOC appellation includes red and rosé wines from the south-eastern corner of Sicily. It takes its name from the ancient city of Eloro, along the coast of Noto, today an important archaeological site for the important evidence of Greek civilization. It is a fine red wine, obtained from native Nero d'Avola, harmonious and tannic, with aromas of cherry, berries, vanilla. It goes well with meat and game main courses and should be served in balloon glasses at a temperature of 18-20 ° C.
