Castelbuono turkish head is a spoon dessert typical of the culinary tradition of Castelbuono. It is a dessert consisting of layers of fried puff pastry between which there are layers of milk cream sprinkled with cinnamon. It is a typical dessert of the Christmas and Carnival period.
