Valle Belice IGT denomination includes the provinces of Agrigento, Palermo. Valle Belice PGI includes the following types of wine: White, Red, Rosé and Novello. Valle Belice PGI Bianco has a more or less intense straw yellow color; the nose has a wide range of olfactory sensations ranging from white flowers to orange blossom and lily of the valley, to fruits and Mediterranean scrub; in the mouth it is rich in fruit, from fresh to soft, savory and intense. Valle Belice PGI Rosso has a ruby red color; the aromas are complex and fruity; to the taste it is structured, soft, with robust tannins and long persistence. Valle Belice PGI Rosato, alone or with specification of grape variety, has a cherry pink color; the nose is expressed with floral and fruity sensations; in the mouth it is typical, characteristic and dry.
