Dual-Use Rifle
Tradition attributes the invention of a special rifle, the dual-purpose rifle, to Baron Don Arcaloro Scammacca of Acireale.
Two shots were fired from this rifle at the same time: one towards the target and the other towards the person pulling the trigger. It is said that Baron Don Arcaloro Scammacca of Acireale used this very special rifle to to eliminate not only his adversaries, but also his assassins, to whom he entrusted his revenge.
