Castelbuono Flower Festival
The Castelbuono flower festival takes place every year in June and takes place along Via Sant'Anna, a medieval setting of extraordinary beauty. During the event, floral sketches are set up by the Infioratori, the Associations and the schools of Castelbuono. The sketches are made with different techniques and covered with fresh carnation petals and gerberas. This material is combined with others such as soil, ears of wheat, statice, fennel, daisies, etc. .. in order to create greater color contrasts to make the floral carpet even more colorful and picturesque.
