Carob Festival in Rosolini
Carrua Fest
The Carrua Fest is the Carob Festival which takes place every year in the month of September in Rosolini.
The city of Rosolini is also known as the City of the Carob< /em> as its countryside preserves a thousand-year-old specimen of carob tree.
The aim of the event is to enhance and promote the culinary tradition of Rosolini, with particular attention paid to carob-based specialties.
On the occasion a rich program of events is organized during the gastronomic event: conferences, show cooking, folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
