The Frittole Festival in Floresta takes place in January and celebrates a typical winter dish of this village.
The frittole, a nutritious dish born from the need not to waste any part of the pig, become the protagonists of this festival which celebrates ancient culinary traditions, the poor and genuine cuisine of the past.
