The prickly pear mustard festival in Pedagaggi, a small mountain village in Carlentini, celebrates the flavors and traditions of these lands.
On the occasion of the agri-food event, a route is set up gastronomic place where you can taste local products and specialties: prickly pears, dried mustard, focaccias, hot ricotta, homemade bread, cavateddi with sauce, porchetta, citrus fruits, extra virgin olive oil and much more.

10:00 Stand opening. Tastings: prickly pears, hot and dry mustard, cavateddi, hot ricotta, focaccia, preserves, home-made bread, porchetta, wine, olive oil, cured meats, cheeses, desserts, grapes, "sfingi" crispelle , gluten-free products, etc...
11:00 Traveling performance by the “Augusta Folk” group.
11:00 Tasting of hot mustard and ricotta.
12:00 - 14:00 Tasting of “cavateddi” with pork sauce.
16:00 Traveling performance by the “Augusta Folk” group.
21:00 Cabaret show “Beautiful and impossible” with Carmelo Caccamo and Cristiano Di Stefano.
