The prickly pear mustard festival in Pedagaggi, a small mountain village in Carlentini, celebrates the flavors and traditions of these lands.
On the occasion of the agri-food event, a route is set up gastronomic place where you can taste local products and specialties: prickly pears, dried mustard, focaccias, hot ricotta, homemade bread, cavateddi with sauce, porchetta, citrus fruits, extra virgin olive oil and much more.
