The Piturro and Biancomangiare Festival in Sinagra is an event that celebrates the culinary traditions of the village.
Piturro is a typical dish of the Sinagra tradition, a peasant dish prepared with seasonal products such as aubergines, peppers, broccoli, sausage and potatoes, fried in extra virgin olive oil.
Blancmangiare is a dessert made from milk and almonds, with a delicate flavour.
During the festival, conferences, exhibitions, guided tours, competitions and shows are organized of entertainment and live music.
