Pizzzolo festival in Sortino
The Gran Galà del Pizzolo in Sortino is the festival dedicated to a typical local product of the village: Pizzolo. It is a savory leavened product, a sort of stuffed pizza, prepared with a semolina-based dough filled with various ingredients.
On the occasion of the event, stands will be set up where you can taste the symbol of Sortino gastronomy together with typical local specialities, and organized folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
