Ricotta and Nebrodi Provola Festival in Maniace

The Ricotta and Provola dei Nebrodi Festival in Maniace was born with the aim of making the products and ancient popular traditions of this village known.
One of the most significant moments of the gastronomic event is that of pouring of the ricotta, the moment in which the ricotta is placed in the appropriate containers, and the moment of the subsequent tasting. In addition to ricotta, on the occasion of the festival, it will be possible to taste the excellent Nebrodi cheeses, such as the tasty Nebrodi provola, all made according to ancient and traditional techniques.
On the occasion of the event, stands will also be set up with typical handicraft products venue and organized folkloristic, musical and entertainment shows.
